Strength was never optional

I am a Baltimore native. Growing up, I learned you have to be strong. There is no in between. That does not mean pretending nothing hurts. It means finding yourself every day with a mindset of discipline, putting your best foot forward, and continuing when the answer is not immediate.

That is the energy I bring to Mr.24. I am not here to perform motivation for one hour and disappear. I want training to change how you meet the rest of your life. You learn the movement, you learn your response under pressure, and you learn that you can stay in the work longer than the doubt in your head.

Keep going without rushing

People hear discipline and think punishment. I do not. Discipline is keeping a promise in a form you can repeat. It is showing up, adjusting when life changes, and not calling one hard day a failure. I lead with love and God, so coaching has to carry both a standard and care. I can ask more from you without treating you like less.

My method brings volume training, triple sets, speed, endurance, and strength together. Those tools are not random. Volume builds work capacity. Triple sets create focused density. Speed teaches intent. Strength work gives you a clear measure of progress. The dose changes, but the purpose stays clear.

A person learning themselves

I also know the strongest message is the one you live. I keep learning, stay disciplined, and bring that same honesty to the room. I do not need to act above the process. I need to show you how to stay connected to it.

That phrase matters to me because training shows you things. You learn when you rush. You learn when you hold back. You learn what a strong position feels like, and how much better a rep becomes when your mind is present. Beginners deserve room to learn that without being embarrassed. Athletes deserve coaching that keeps the basics honest.

You never put the ceiling on yourself. That does not mean every target happens overnight. It means today is not the final version of you. We respect the starting point, work the plan, and keep reaching. The bar gives direct feedback. Your habits do too.

The work carries forward

I built Mr.24 because I believe training can be motivational and life changing when the coach stays connected to the person. One year in business means I am close to every detail. I am building my name through the quality of the work, not through claims I cannot prove.

That closeness matters. It means I see the small changes: a cleaner setup, a stronger brace, a week where you kept going instead of disappearing. Those moments may not look loud from outside, but they are how a new identity gets built. You become somebody who trusts the work because you have watched yourself do it.
